Raw marinated beets salad


1.5 piece of red beetroots

6.5 cl balsamic vinegar

pinchs of salt

pinch of black pepper

2 Garlic cloves

13.5 cl of olive oil



Peel raw beets and garlic cloves. Finely chop the garlic, grate the beets. Put the beets and garlic in a bowl, season with salt, balsamic vinegar and olive oil then let marinate for 30 minutes. In plates or bowls, arrange a bed of beets and put sliced avocados on it.
