Veloute de carotte /Carrot soup

Ingredients for 4

1 kg of carrots

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp of olive oil

1 tbsp. of tumeric

2 pinches of salt and Pepper

 

Preparation

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices. Peel the garlic and slice it coarsely by removing the germs. Put in a saucepan the carrot slices, garlic and salt. Pour 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 25 minutes in large broths. At the end of cooking, add turmeric, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix in blender. Serve immediately
