Roasted Brussels sprout

INGREDIENTS

4 cups Brussels sprouts

2 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. of salt

¼ cup of olive oil

3 c. honey

 

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 425 ° F.

Wash Brussels sprouts. Remove the foot and the less beautiful leaves.
Cut the cabbage in half. Put in a bowl with salt, pepper and oil. Mix well.
Place on a baking sheet and cook until cabbages are cooked and roasted (about 30 minutes).
Put the cabbages on a plate. Optional pour the honey over the cabbage and serve.
