4 cups Brussels sprouts
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. of salt
¼ cup of olive oil
3 c. honey
Preheat oven to 425 ° F.
Wash Brussels sprouts. Remove the foot and the less beautiful leaves.
Cut the cabbage in half. Put in a bowl with salt, pepper and oil. Mix well.
